Hello here, I have problems with my Unifi. I yesterday just bought a range extender from TP Link model TL-WA850RE. Set it up yesterda, everything was working fine, then when i switched it off for the night and then switched it on in the morning again to use, I can't seem to connect. Went into the Web Based Manager, and to my suprise my network isnt even listed there. Wha should I do? I feel so stress cos this is urgent

edit: lucky to have help line help sove the problem

SSID is "Service Set ID", which is your Wi-Fi Name.

Unfortunately, I've yet to tinker with an ASUS routerĀ  rclxub.gif
Because the "Internet Setup" might also relate to your Unifi's Username & Password..
If you're setting up SSID, it would normally fall under "Router Settings" category.. that's my experience, not sure how ASUS does it.

Anyway, please refer to KLSeet's post on how to setup the RT-N16 flashed to AsusWRT. They are quite similar.. you can use it as the basis to setup your router:

can u go back to the first step Check Connection?
*
first step was the welcome screen (shows router picture and specs)
second step was then the router login where i set the user to admin, password to (my desired password)
third step, choose either the dhcp, ppoe etc. settings. i selected ppoe and then choose ISP settings, Unifi-Home
then after that i came to the screen i attached in the picture.

many thanks in advance. need to solve this immediately.

PS: just checked through the hotline and obatined the isp username and password and then set it up. and it's working so PERFECTLY!!!!!
