QUOTE(kennji @ Aug 19 2013, 01:54 AM) seems like the power adaptor for my BTU went kaput. will TM replace it for free or just go to electrical shop to buy a generic replacement? if u want fast, no need to wait at home, just get the same spec (volt, current and connector size.)i replace my STB decoder power adaptor myself.. fortunate have 1 unused adaptor same spec.. |

QUOTE(freedman @ Sep 23 2013, 04:03 PM) Hi All, would like to check with all sifus here. Is that possible to have below VOIP extension like below? eh.. fiber -> BTU -> Homeplug A -> Homeplug B -> TM RG -> LAN 3 port -> VOIP Adapter -> DECT phone I have connected my devices as above, but the DECT phone doesn't get dial tone. Appreciate all sifus help. Thanks!! cannot connect like this. dect phone must direct connect to RJ11 phone jack on BTU. how come u connect to LAN port? |

QUOTE(freedman @ Sep 23 2013, 04:16 PM) The LAN port connect with a VOIP adapter, then DECT phone connect with it. Not direct to LAN port. I did some research, TM should have configure VOIP vlan tagging to RG LAN 3 port. Is that correct? as far as i know, voip only available at RJ11 phone jack on unifi BTU. |
