I'm bit confused... Is the Unifi portal login userID & password same as Unifi password that used for PPPoE dialup within router? I tried to change third-party router and key-in Unifi portal login userID & password and keep saying "authentication failed"..Need some help here, urgent & thanks..

Hi guys, some question here.

If let say my unifi contract period ends, I wish to cancel it. Do TM need to detach and collect back the TM box located outside + fibre cable too? That means if I subscribe Maxis Fibre, then new Maxis box need to be installed again + fibre cable too?
