I called them up, told them about my problem.
With Hypptv off: DL 10mb
With Hypptv on: DL less than 3mb.

How hard is it to understand my problem? Dunno what shiat they diagnosed. One mangkuk asked me to use pakai lan sbb lan lagi cepat compared to wifi.

Why they so stupid? I told him off, you must be ridiculous. Modem in the hall, laptop in my room, you want me to connect lan and use? lol
Now they said they'll forward the issue to their network people

UNIFI oso effected via copper i thought direct Fibre To Home hehe.

upgrade to 10MB for 179 instead 199 

Just called to inquire a minutes ago basically there are 2 options

Option 1, Upgrade from your existing bandwidth to a higher bandwidth with RM 20 discount applicable throughout your tenure until you terminate however the catch is that there will be a contract extension of 2 years... am about to fulfill my contract next month actually. 

Option 2, Upgrade from your existing bandwidth to a higher bandwidth without discount but they allow you to choose one of the RM 30 video package for free. Again contract extension of 2 years apply. 

Not really appealing to me cause my 5 MB seems to be enough for me... and I hate the fact that they only give warranty to your equipment for the first 1 year... should do it like streamyx whereby the warranty is forever. 

If you guys got other updates on the above promotion do update here. 

Good la.. at least upgrade can get RM20 discount.. I've been using VIP20 for 2 years+.. no promo at all. No free Hypptv upgrade or any RM20 discounts.. really disappointed..

They are sending the sms to everyone but in phases. Just wait. If not call their customer service next Monday.

What are the standard chanels for HyppTV?
Seems that currently I get to enjoy all channels, but unsure if this temporary or not

grey cable from telephone port to phone port in modem right
then yellow port to router WAN port
then red si for HYPP TV port... (LAN1 for router)
