From sticker chart seem like only 50% take up.. at most. ., 2 more tower to launch in future. Location quite near to sentul and gombak, but project has potential as it depends on the mall performance as well as beautification of the river. It could turn out well and although not cheap for this location I guess that's the pricing these days. All the smaller units facing KL are mostly taken save for higher floors.
