Cons
Heavy traffic (standstill) during weekdays morning from jalan genting klang up till bulatan pahang. Continue again during evening up till late night due to people going back from work and going to uptown/downtown at danau kota during late night. I would say residents will be mostly effected during evening traffic only, not so much in the morning due to traffic will ease up a bit near to bulatan pahang.
