Still haven't seen them updating the idaman to reflect the sales scenario above.....

idaman has a lag of 3-6 months but this was launched in june 2015. but as of now, phase one is only 19% sold, surely the numbers cant lie that long la. total 3 blocks only 7% sold but bliv only 1 block of 270 units is open for sale which is a SMALL amount.

How is there such a big gap between ur 94% and official stats of 20% sold?

I believe what you said was what you saw from the gallery charts/pc. No question on that part.

In fact, l had randomly checked on the Idaman site a few times (using the provided link) and didn't see any update on the patero part for a long time.

When l talked to them a while ago, they didn't provide a clear answer.
So, my question in previous post was an attempt to ask if anyone had the internal info.... That's all

as i said, if you would like to believe the website. it is your choice as official number should be coming from Ekovest sales gallery instead of third party website.

if you would like to confirm, just go see it yourself in the sales gallery.

It is common for developer to overstate number of sold unit.
