expected a higher psf than Ekocheras ...... if launch next year .....

And I did not see them neither in Start Property fair at TCM last weekend...
Wonder why they did not take further effort to promote this EKT project.

I wouldn't consider at that price point as tenants will be hard to find.
I think subsale MK Bayu and all will be much better in the long term..

this area got tenant market or not?? If dun have public transport in the future, then must buy with caution if above 650 psf..

Sure, there's always bus service available .......... call taxi if you can afford .......
Anyway, it is targeted for family who owned 2 cars with two covered car park lots......
