guys, is it worth to spend more to get the 3G version instead of the wifi only version? roughly, how much the difference in price? going to penang for CNY, plan to grab 1 there.

i wonder if i can use maxis/celcom skmm simcard in the N7 3G, that could save me alot. right now i cant decide to get this or n4. i dont really used to bring two device at the same time(tablet n phone)

wow, not even 300 price different. i guess it will be worth to get the 3G version. Thinking of getting it in Penang, since im going back there for 3days. but if price different is too much, i'll wait and get it at LYP.

I'm reading some review on the net about Nexus 7, and only now that I know Nexus 7 doesn't have rear camera. Because of this I need to reconsider my option as I think rear camera is important. My other choices will be tab 2 and ipad mini. For now, Nexus 7 is still my priority, with jellybean,perfect size,nice price, and its NEXUS! I'll be busy customize the device like old days. So, what do u feels about no rear camera Nexus 7? Do u even take picture using it?

No la, I don't see anything wrong taking picture with 7" tablet. Some people use tablet as secondary phone, while their primary phone doesn't have decent camera. Social apps like Facebook, Twitter and most important, Instagram also can be fully utilized if the tablet got rear camera. There is nothing ridiculuos taking picture using a tablet especially for taking basic picture. Unless u are talking bout pro photography.

Arghhhh..cannot make decision to get Nexus 7 now or wait for next gen and hoping it has rear camera..

wow, that is one major defect. so the replacement will be free under warranty or u need to pay for it? u are lucky to have a friend that owns N7 to compare.

Other than that, got any problem? i heard alot of people complaining about the speaker quality.

For sure they need to give u new unit. If i were u, i will never take the thing at the 1st place, if he dont want to change, then i will not give the money, go to he*l with open seal, cannot change policy. I had been searchng for option for so long, compared N7 with galaxies tablet and ipad mini. At last choose N7 because of the review from users, although got downside no rear camera, which i really need.

Any ways to upgrade the speaker? i need it to watch movies sometimes. what if used with earphones? better?

paid app is it? if there were no improvement, i guess other option is external speaker or earphone only la. the biggest reason why i choose N7 over other tablet is because the support it will get from google since it is a flagship device, hopefully mine will come with zero defect.

my N7 is comingggggggg!! after a long wait of almost 2 weeks, the seller just now call me said stock arrived, posibble to get it tonight or tommorow morning.
