guys my elantra's insurance n road tax due on 30/04/13, but I just realize that my NCD, not transferred... asked the salesman he say he did his job.. now he Is checking for me.. what can I do about it? suppose to be more than 38.33% on the next renew.. now I check myeg next renew ncd is only 25% arhg
