Just asking, how much cost if owner Elantra 2012 want upgrade spec as per 2013? Any vendors or workshop can do it?

I want to know the latest model 2013/2014 which have very nice features compare 2011/2012.

How much cost needed toinstall and convert and the latest features and it is suitable and match with model 2011/2012?
