Go to sales gallery and talk to SA, ask them whether you allow to book a unit without paying the booking fees of RM 10,000 ( normally ) or not? Inform them you need to check your loan status first. Normally they will give you around 1 week before you confirm your loan and later proceed for S&P and booking fees, then 60 days to settle the remaining 10%.

So, get the booking form / receipt first, check with banker on your loan. Now soft launch stage, not so crowded, so hope they will allow for this new phase.

Official launch on Saturday, SA said so far 14 units booked, new launch Tari advertised on both Star & Sinchew, at least their marketing style change a bit by doing more promotions like to advertise on local newspaper lately.

Those day Pentas 4 also having similar problem, price higher with smaller build up, I&P style, sell slowly, now almost fully sold.

I recalled the foundation/construction works has started for this new phase, if possible, you should go to the site ( see whether can snake in just to have a look ) before you make any decision. Feel it yourself.

If Chinese, get better house number, no curve road, no junction, but this phase has split levels so ask SA to clarify the units with split level, high /low units, direction wise should be OK as no more West facing like Nukilan 3. smile.gif

Oh not within the house, split level in this case means from house to house, meaning the land is not flat, 1 house or a few houses / row can be higher or lower than the one next to it, depends on the land level and the layout plan.

Refer back the photo posted earlier, blue pin means non bumi...red means bumi, so non bumi booking rate also OK this round.

Slow down as of now, BTW, Tari non bumi quota 43 units out of 86 is finish, more than 50 units booked as told.
