If I am not a reader of LYN I will not know the launching of Pentas 4 and Tenun.

Tenun still got, but limited. This explain y InP never really care. Their product is sellable even without any freebies.

Any non malays living in nulkilan 2? My family went for the meet and greet event and saw no other races except Malays...Um no racism here, my old family homes used to have a good mixture, i prefer that way la. Seeing only malays makes me pening, seeing only chinese or indian also make me pening, again lol no racism intended, good mixture is good for the community, i had that in my old housing area, we got indians, chinese, arabs, singh.. just wondering any non malays here have moved in or not? nulkilan 2.

I am currently watching their project in Alam Sari. Kajang-Semenyih will be next boom area in my opinion. Furthermore it is confirmed UEM Sunrise's Serene Heights is on the east of Alam Sari, and PNB Development's Bangi Estate on the south of Alam Sari. Also knowing that Bangi Avenue, Setia Eco Park and Eco Garden will be around the vicinity.

I personally think that it is not a bad choice.

Went to I&P sales gallery last Monday to see Tari 2. Found out the terrace intermediate costs 760K. I mean for a terrace house! 

Immediately lost interest. There are better value for money elsewhere.

Pentas 4 all intermediate booked, non bumi intermediate still have 1 not yet signed SPA. My chance will be slim as I'm the 18th on the waiting list.
