you bought??

5% rebates on small units and 10% rebate on big units..

Total 4 blocks... and they have sky garden as well..

Just afraid Austin area too many studio units in future..

Oh yea, finally a post about this development. I am interest with the 2 rooms unit but haven't action yet. Same worries, too much studio in the future especially palazio with more than 70% are studio units @@

Heard is one of the best developer in Johor.. Anyone can help to clarified? Mount Austin a lot of condo project nowadays.. Asides this still have palazio, A suites from mahsing .. Blur..don't know which one to choose ..

Yup, the area is 1 in and 1 out only...

A suites considered highest price psf in the area compare this and palazio..

For me, if want choose this location, dun go for studio, at least 2 bedroom above...

Hw about Seri AUstin Apartment by UM land? location bit further..

UM LAND property is a good buy compare to western Johor .. new EDL opening will keep the eastern Johor property price booming .... I am planning to buy another unit near regency Specialist Hospital .. Good rental yield ..

Progress very fast... Much faster than palazio phase 2 and 3

I see that that place will be saturated. To many condo unita and studio. If for own stay ok la.

Bought RM 188k.. for small studio . less than 500sq.. cannot remember actual size.

Ar.. i from KL . buy for investment only. Actually, i hv not even been to that place. Just that relative recommend.. so just buy it. Now thinking must've been wrong investment....

Hi, can anyone suggest any unit price range below 250k.. planing for persinggahan house.. so far in my list is palazio and seri Austin same price range..

Are you a J.B. boy? If you are from Out-of-State, e.g. Selangor, better buy closer to Home.

Im from perak.. actually my in - law stay in pasir gudang n some relative in kempas.. once in a month use to go back pasir gudang... thats why planing to get one in johor...

Generally speaking, in Property Investment, you play in the area that you are strongest. Not in the area where you are weakest.

I know some Ipoh guys who recently buy in Iskandar Johor. In my mind, i am thinking: why do they do this? They have no advantage, because they do not know the area and the neighbourhood.

In property investment, you play to win. You don't play to "get stuck."

The Mount Austin area might see an oversupply of condos/apartments from 2016. It is a safer bet to buy the landed properties in Johor since there are plenty of land but prices for the new terraces are from about $600k RM onward in better areas. Labour cost is not cheap and inflation is generally higher in Johor as it is right next to Singapore.

i also think that way...too many condo / apartment overthere..so better buy landed house?

you can get a nice house at or around the same area, even new or recently completed ones, for 600K.
