Hi guys recently I juz bought muscle pharm combat powder....after that I notice that it contains bcaa....I also bought a bottle of optimum nutrition BCAA....my question is is it ok for me to take both of it at once?i also plann to get creatine soon....I understand that bcaa and creatine are both amino acid...is it ok for me to take the muscle pharm combat powder, optimum nutrition bcaa and creatine at once?

Do you?

Pray tell, what adverse effects will come about from consuming a whey protein product with a BCAA product, both of which are amino acids/amino acid-based? The adverse effects of consuming creatine with them?

If you're going to mention kidney failure in your reply, or anything along those lines, save yourself the time. Otherwise, I would like to see what you have to say, oh wise monk.

Creatine is a roidz. Bcaa help accelerate the roid effect.

This is the risk u hav to take by buying bodybuilding supplements. How accurate & reliable of the ingredients printed on their products nobody knows. Just rely on solid foods if u got doubts.

Oh yeah. Heard of that. He was trying to f*** himself. For him it's doable cos he's got his head so far up his ass there's no difference.
