If that was the case, then the makers of illicit wouldnt be able to send it either. It is possible to make undetected cards. I know people that have been doing this for 5 months and sent out to close to 1000 people. Noone have ever been banned because of those cards. Many like to spread rumors about self made duped/hacked cards, do not believe them as they have no experience on the subject.
*The only way to get banned for having a self made card is if it is Illicit. Illicit cards is ALOT more dangerous than duped and hacked cards was before 1.1. Before 1.1 SE could not detect these cards, now they can detect badly made ones (illicit) and this makes trading ALOT more dangerous than it ever was. So make sure to take nessecary steps to protect yourself.
*ONLY way to notice if a card is illicit is to TRADE (or gift, but avoid that) the card. When the server have noticed that a card is illicit you get a popup saying "Illicit guardian cross card detected" when you try to trade it. This doesnt show when you enter coli or stone it, only when you try to trade.
*Any new card you get that you do not really feel you can trust, first put a cheap stone on it to force server update, do this BEFORE trying to trade it. It doesnt matter if card was stoned when you got it, that could be premade stoning that came with the dupe/hack.
Make sure to TRADE (not gift since that raises other flags) it around between accounts after you have stoned it, do it again after 12-24 hours. A illicit card (badly made hacked card) can take up to two days and many trades before it shows as illicit. Its not always instant.
*DO NOT ENTER COLISEUM WITH A CARD YOU SUSPECT! Test it for two days first. Entering coli with a bad card is the fastest way to get banned.
*If you are unlucky and get a illicit card from some shady figure, use it to feed to a 1-3 star card. Then when that is done, sell that card for GP. Not sure if this works but atleast it is something. Dont feed it to a lvl 4-5 star since those cant be sold for GP, it may leave some trace.
*Avoid trading cards, helping people complete their catalouge or whatever reason they have for trading, unless you know the person very well and trust them. It is VERY easy to make a illicit card, so people who cant make a safe card, seem to make illicit and then trade with you to get your safe card and you get a nice hot banhammer. Some people do not seem to care about others at all.
*Never use cheats of any kind, especially not in coliseum.
*If you have a suspicious looking accounnt, dont aim to get number one in coli. Just settle for a rank 100-200.
UPDATES BELOW
*Dont have only Aces in the account, some cards you should have as other types aswell. Never ask to buy Ace Almighty or any other type than Cool Referal cards, these doesnt exist officially so if they spot it they know the card is not original. It helps to keep 200 guardians and maintain a low percentage of aces in your entire collection. As example having 50 aces in 200 is better than 50 aces out of 52 cards.
*Buy Coins a few times a month, the more you spend the better. This seems to be a bigger factor than I initially thought. SE is 100% money when it comes to this game especially. They dont earn anything on the game unless people buy coins. Anyone doing good in coli that dont buy enough coins is bad for their business. So they dont care if they ban a account that play for free, they want money.
They dont have any evidence in the cards themself, if they are not Illicit they are undetectable. But they assume that a account that never bought coins and still have a full deck of very good Guardians, somehow cheated. They dont care how that free player got the cards, if its thru RMT, or making cards himself, or using cheats, or someone being nice and giving him cards, they just ban because that account is bad for business and hinder paying customers to advance in coli and be happy...
Remember, even if you follow this guide 100% you can still be banned. This will never be foolproof since SE is a bunch of humans, and humans are unpredictable. I do my best to add anything that seem to be a reason for ban, but I dont know what they will come up with tomorrow.

So like I said before. Hackers only need to wait on Monday when coli ends to duplicate the new almightys or new event guardians. Always be alert and be careful. My advice to you guys, avoid trading the new guardians. Except your own self-caught or trusted friends
Also, I don't actually believe that purchasing coins will protect yourself from ban and I don't believe SE will ban players who never buy coins.
