Okie.. After stitdawg called me and we discuss abit.. I might have understand y me & Mbr failed to buy coins, while he can do it. There is a slight difference between him & (me + mbr).

Te difference is, for both mine & Mbr IGN, we have purchased coins before using CC (old msian ID).
But Stit, his IGN never purchased coins before when still using msian ID. Meaning when he port over to US ID,
Its his first time coins purchased. So he has no problem.

This is the only logic that i can think of now. And also the difference between the 3 of us. Y he can & y we cant

Okie. I remember my new ipad 4 never bought coins beforein msian id. So delete n install again using US ID. But howver, it couldnt work as well.
That theory failed as well. I couldnt purchase coins on my new device that havent purchase coins before when its in msia Id.

Now only 1 theorty left - im bloody unlucky this year. Better avoide gambling this CNY
