Yea you're right, any 4* will be just a glass canon among 5*. But if they're positioned properly, there's no difference from the 5* glass canons like Apsara, Jolly Old Azi etc.

It's hard to rate in terms on stone (iii) now since the market is crazy. Everyone is at a mad rush to get their rebirth partners & people are thinking their bad types can trade into good types.

Also, stat stones iii isn't that valuable now too.

Frankly fast is indeed the best type since in total, Dominion's ATK is higher (just like Bahamut). So he's better off as a physical attacker.

Being a physical attacker, chaotic isn't a problem since chaotic reduces Wis. So for Dominion, I'd say Fast, Int, Chaotic, Brave, Powerful (sorry la I don't like -10% agi), Cool, Sexy.

1) Stymphalian Bird - cause only Ace & Sexy have sufficient MP to double cast Skill +4, making Sexy the best type after Ace.
2) Golbez - he's already stupidly slow, making him a bit faster at the cost of A LOT of def is bad.
