I seriously want to, but I just spent $50 usd this week for this game. If I ever going to spend money on this game, I should do it strictly on a monthly basis.

But this is a great idea indeed. In fact, would be best if we could break the gift cards into smaller denominations like $50, $15 or even $10.
I think I'll just sit on this one for now. Anticipating the time when USA new school term comes. Thats when Apple have lots of discounts especially on iTunes gift cards. We should definitely pool in for that one.

There's another alternative. You can still use the same ID, but you have to change your store setting in iTunes. From Malaysia store to US store. But its also the same hassle problem. Might as well create multiple iTunes ID for different countries.
I have three ID for three different country. Malaysia, US and Japan.

Rather then delete n dl again the GC. And i try to keep my ID simple. the least the better

Go to your home screen. Select SETTINGS.
Inside SETTINGS, Go to Store -> View Account -> Change Country. Change the country location.

But if you're account has credits, you can't change the setting. That was my problem why I can't change to Jap store. My US account has balance $1.37 cent.

Now those maps sequence are kinda guessable.. Usually only needs to open 1 or 2 then can guess the keys location

I used to need to look at the map guides to guess the keys/chest/lock. But now its just guesses in my head. Only need to get the first guess correct and the rest is piece of cake. My one device is nearing Nightmare completion, another is starting on Nightmare, the third is waiting its turn due to weak decks.
