i'm having a problem with my Asus A8N5X..

The Specs
AMD64 SC939 3200+ (Venice E6)
Asus A8N5X
512MBx2 KVR DDR400 (Hynix CT-D43)
Asus Extreme N6600GT

The Problem

all settings in BIOS can be changed..the only problem i'm getting is whenever i change the frequency, when i restart the settings dont apply..

when i check the BIOS again the settings show that they have been saved...i've used CPU-Z, WCPUID, AIDA32 to check..
all show the proc running at stock speed..only the BIOS menu shows the proc running at the speed i set it to (Supposedly: 10x210= 2100MHz)

i've flashed the BIOS to latest version already

i dun think it has anything to do with the CMOS battery though..coz only the overclocking settings cant be saved..everything else can

no wait..actually EVERYTHING can be saved..just that the overclocking settings wont APPLY
