I think unlikely coz CDs are considered old fashion in this era.
In W series, they already used USB thumbdrive. I see no reason why the Japanese are using old technology for their Kamen Riders. If it is in the Showa series I think it's still possible lol
It's just my opinion.
Just some information, you all are wrong though, copyright law are very strict in Japan, creating backup copy are not even allow in Japan, hence, CDs and DVDs are still widely used in Japan, even though they have faster and higher capacity optical disk available, publisher will still opt for CDs for music as they are cheaper to publish singles and albums. In W series, they already used USB thumbdrive. Even though there are online music stores such as Itunes, Japan enforcement are strictly controlled and ISP will monitor what you are downloading.
In summary, if you are in Japan, and you are found illegally downloading/uploading, or creating copies of music/movies/series, you are for sure to be jailed. You can try to do that though, if you are found doing such thing, may god be with you. lol....
Well, I'm never live in Japan, so I don't know the chances if you will be caught though. Click here for some more information.
As for the reason why Kamen Rider Break is actually possible because as a tv shows and target audience is kids, they may not want to relate usb thumbdrive/diskdrive with music as it may somehow encourage the idea to store music in such thing, which you should know why.
