As per the Rider Heroes Series to be released in September 2013, Bandai will be releasing the Neo Hensei Rider 5 packs... W, OOO, Fourze, Wizard and this year NEW RIDER.... So, lets start to speculate who is the NEW RIDER for 2013...

but again..most neo heisei have weird concept or first look...but as the series goes on,not bad...
anyway...looks like the rider can use two dagger at a time...i kinda like the dagger but the concept looks a bit like w so i dont really feel blown away.. |
