I bought SHF Fourze Rocket States from Mandarake. Initially plan to buy from Jungle-SCS but I canceled my first order because my shipping partner (the guy whom I made shipping combination with) decided not to buy from Jungle-SCS. It's not his fault coz I'm the one who placed the order on his item before he confirmed wanna buy

So as a result, I was banned from Jungle-SCS for 1 week. But even after 1 week had passed, the Jungle staff named Metteo still doesn't want to process my order. I emailed and asked him but he just briefly replied "You've been banned coz you canceled your first order etc etc.". Of coz I questioned him back, 1 week had passed so I should be able to order again, but he just ignored me totally So it was really terrible for me as I also wanna order something else but it was already sold a few days ago.

So I just went to Mandarake and ordered Rocket States and some other small2 stuff
Hopefully nothing goes wrong again

Hmm... I'm not sure. I didn't create any account there. I just placed my order then key in my information.

In fact, I did try to place new orders using other people's names. I tried to place order using my friend's name and his office address, and it failed so I used my gf's name and her office address, and failed again. Somehow that Matteo guy managed to find out my identity. Every time he'll just replied "Your ordered had been refused because you canceled your first order etc etc". Maybe he noticed the items ordered are the same and the addresses are in KL Malaysia (If so, I should change the order pattern. My careless mistake ), or maybe he did some IP tracking or what.

But obviously he doesn't want to process any order from me, so I just decided not to order from there. Really ruined my days a few days ago.. Haiz...
I know that it's my fault in the first place to cancel the order despite being the first-timer there, but I think there's no need to go this far to reject your own customers
Maybe they experienced many cases of ffk-ers, that's why they don't 'forgive' those first-timers who cancel order. haha..


Edit: Just wanna share additional stuff here. It might be common knowledge for some of the sifus here but I think I should share for the benefits of new collectors like me
I think I've made 2 big mistakes. The first mistake was placing repeated new orders (using my friend's and gf's names) and the second mistake was I emailed the guy to question him why I can't place order after 1 week. I read from some forum that, normally these Online Shops like Jungle-SCS and Mandarake are quite "customer-unfriendly" because they sell cheap figures and they already have a big market. So if you repeatedly order or you keep emailing them (even for minor inquiries), they'll get really annoyed and ban you. In some cases, people were banned for months. So be really careful when order from these shops, or else you might lose the chance to get your cheap & affordable figures
p/s: These are just my thoughts & conclusions after weeks of dealing with them and reading from forums. If got any mistake, sifu2 please point out ya so that I don't give wrong info to people

Yea at first I thought it was no big deal to cancel the order. Since they don't have the button to cancel order, I just emailed them to cancel. Maybe that's how that Matteo guy marked me. I just never thought that the Matteo guy would hold grudge (a bit exaggerated? ) on me and banned me for > 1 week. Seriously it's really a terrible experience for me.
