Yeh I purchased and took possession. There are a few rectifications to do but once done I will be satisfied with the finish.
Overall:-
Workmanship as good / better than anticipated (for Tower 2 which is much higher spec than Tower 1 apparently)
Facilities look great
Project completion and release 3-6 months late
Location is not yet mature - awaiting KL118 to complete in another 2 years and then the remaining towers, mall complex and Sunway development adjacent to finish
A few units advertised for sale on propertyguru - at ~ original purchase price
8 units advertised for rent on property guru at RM4300-5500 pm for 3 bed units (~1050 sqft) and RM3300-5000 pm for 2 bed units (~950) and RM3300 for 1 bed ( (~700 sqft)
Asking rental appears to be at RM4.08-5.18 psf
Developers planning a serviced suites offering for owners until KL118 is completed subject to take up etc
Development and area let down by the poor condition of the row of shophouses on main road - needs a tenant and facade uplift for the area plus also very old development to the rear
Future designs on the area include adjacent development by Sunway and potential development of the greenery plot to the rear of the development
