I have also recently purchased from HYVE last month. Tower B Units does not seems to be affected by the so called "blocked view". As facing south units, there will be no blockage. Medium to higher floors can get open view smile.gif After much consideration and evaluation based on Cyberjaya's property market and also all of the other development, HYVE is the lowest density among the other SOHO developments.

I also was told that the Unit does come with the said (sliding door) for the Type A, but upon signing S&P i found out that it was not there too. Nevertheless, it is only a sliding door. As the unit is a SOHO, technically there will be no bedroom and entrance to the bathroom should not be an issue ( just my 2 cents smile.gif )

It still a blantant lie by company of such profile. You may say it is just a sliding door...the fact of the matter is KIM LUN failed to honour their promises. Who would want to trust them anymore? Will you? I will never buy their properties ever again. So are my family & friends UNLESS KIM LUN does something to rectify this immediately. And stop sending in ppl to say nice things abt them or try to promote their stuffs. Remember, trust is only given once.

Sorry if i offended u in any way.. Im not on anyone's side.. I am also in the same boat as u guys.. I have already submitted my complain to my SA and hopefully they can help to compile this case and put it up to the management side. (as quoted by oldieboy) I think this is the right way to go about this matter.. smile.gif If we can compile enough cases, then yes it would be a strong point to go against and also hopefully can help us to solve this issue smile.gif

Same thing as the SA told me.. Utilities bill will be higher.. They also stated that there is no clause saying that you can't stay in there. I think it would be possible for own stay as well. smile.gif As it is under commercial, it could be rented out for small businesses as well smile.gif
