Vacant possession is calculated from the date of SPA. Supposedly the date of signing SPA is the date of SPA. You have to pay 10% upon signing of SPA, not from stamping date. Not the spa date or stamp date.
If count from stamping date, I think all developers will hold back stamping and got longer delivery time to escape LAD if any late delivery.
