Do u guys notice that in the SPA layout, there is no wall between bedroom and the living/kitchen for the 450sf? Its an open plan studio concept. |

QUOTE(tiramisu83 @ Apr 1 2013, 05:21 PM) cannot really top up, i need to come out with 20%, is already around 20k++, that's my max i can go for.. If apply under individual name, will business partner ccris affect one's application?maybe is my business partner name is in ccris so it can't get approve..but he has already explained and prove to the bank that his previous loan has been settled, or maybe the ccris system not updated. the bank not really want to tell me the reason.. |

QUOTE(tiramisu83 @ Apr 2 2013, 12:46 AM) I also thought it has no affect on the application, as you see more people should more chances to get the loan right. But I just been told by one banker that actually it does.. Joint application, sure the other applicant ccris will hv direct impact. Change the co-applicant possible? |

QUOTE(yiauko @ Apr 2 2013, 03:45 PM) Hi, simply because I saw this. Block B is fully commercial.http://www.propcafe.net/hyve-soho-suitescy...ard-signange-1/ It says Block B Untuk Kegunaan Pejabat. means higher loan margin for those already hit by 70% LTV. |

QUOTE(yiauko @ Apr 3 2013, 12:13 AM) Hi can you elaborate more? If it is fully commercial, should we still invest? As in can we rent out the unit later? And cannot use it for own stay? If can not use for own stay, why the units are designed with bedroom, bathroom and partly furnished with kitchen cabinet, hood and hob? Many critics may say developer's trick, risky, etc, etc.... So if next 3 years, VP already and ppl use it mainly for resi purpose be it own stay or rental, who's going to complain to the management or to MPS? The buyers/owners who are 99.99% hopeful that it be used for resi purpose? It's a question of whether one is willing to take a calculated risk. |

QUOTE(AjiAjo @ Apr 27 2013, 10:05 PM) Visited Kim Lun booth today at MAPEX... all these whiles only those big units got 2cp. small units 1 only. The available unit left are those higher unit with minimum 280 - 300k ++ There are giving 8% rebate with 5k rebate after the 8% rebate from purchase price... But wonder they are some miscommunication here.. they claim there is only one parking.. additional parking cost 20k. The stamp duty has to be borned by buyer. Only S&P and loan legal document fee is borne by developer. Anyone can clarify this!!!.. please please... only limited unit left.. . |
