Buy one here and one there lo.
I hv not gone to see cybsq showroom yet. But fr the masterplan n facility looks good but a little densed compared to hyve. Hyve only hv 2 blocks n not facing each other. Cybsq hv abt 6 blocks circling the facility. |

any comments?
what i can see is that cbsq is higher in density but facility is better than hyve. i still prefer hyve for low density and privacy. |
