if not mistaken, RHB no DIBS as well

No DIBS for commi units only. Resi still got.

From what i gathered, if no DIBS package, dev will give 3.5% rebate on VP.

guys, what do you think about cybersquare compare to hyve... although I booked hyve and seems cybersquare concept not bad (soho, retail, office within its compound with lots of facilities) but price slightly expensive...hmmm

Bro, How much psf?

quotation I got last week...
"1+1 room, 10th floor...after disc is only 392,400. that is for 775 sqft which works out to be RM506/ft2.

DIBS, zero down, and freebies tnc applies..."

Thx Bux....Seems like this cybersquare is quit close to the Hvye in terms of package and pricing.

Interesting to see which one will win. flex.gif

Buy one here and one there lo.

I hv not gone to see cybsq showroom yet. But fr the masterplan n facility looks good but a little densed compared to hyve.

Hyve only hv 2 blocks n not facing each other. Cybsq hv abt 6 blocks circling the facility.

450 for ard 269k before disc

DIBS + 10% disc, kitchen hod and 1 aircon 1 carpark

let's keep this thread on hyve smile.gif
*
Thx. Still relevant as both r competing for the same market n almost same price.

Back to hyve I find that the xtra room for the 580sf only good for store room or maybe a mini study room. Other than this little room other things almost similar with 450sf. Worth the xtra cost or not as rental wise it may not command significantly higher?

Can Hyve RM432psft (after discount) increase to be same as Shaftsbury condo price today (RM734psft in iprop) during 2016 completion?

I am very positive about this!

hard to say atm, if the economy remain robust and the demand for studio units at cbj picks up and the over supply situation did not happened, there is high possibility that it can fetch the target price.

very near to HYVE...

conclusion, i will choose HYve in term of price, overall development, design, density...

If you like privacy and condo life, go HYVE,

if you like everything at your door step, go for Shaftsbury square ( sub sale)......
*
That's the reason why i booked Hyve compared to to others but that's before Cybersq came out.

any comments?

what i can see is that cbsq is higher in density but facility is better than hyve.

i still prefer hyve for low density and privacy.

facilities wise CYBERsquare win, but dun forget is share by more than 1000 units plus there...
They only have extra half court basketball court and futsal court.. other are similar..

And their maintenance fees if not wrong either RM 0.35 or RM0.45.. quite high...

Good point. Thx
