QUOTE(liam_emmet @ Feb 17 2013, 11:33 PM) many people that working in CBJ are from other states and just renting in klang valley.shopping malls, cinema, night life, non-halal restaurant, super market etc etc is picking up here, so if you are working in CBJ, it's much easier for you to access the potential tenants (both malaysian and expat) and get their interest to stay in CBJ. if the costs is an issue, probably have to be looking into let individually rooms instead of whole unit. |

Just to share result of on my commi loan applications.
MBB -2.1%, 80% LTV HLB -2.0%, 70% LTV, appealing for -2.2% and 80% UOB - slow poke, seem like they dun want business at all. OCBC - no commi loan for this project as of last week. so far the MBB is the fastest, in 4 working days, they reverted back to me, i didnt use the banker provided by developer tho. QUOTE(bux @ Mar 1 2013, 04:04 PM) RHB no DIBS, 25 years -2.1 for commercial loan. With that, get additional 3.5% discount ~ RM8750...During construction period, i am not very sure how it count, and how much i will need to pay...worth to sign with RHB? LTV? I believe -2.1% is OK although UOB is giving -2.2%. |
