some of the embun unit very near to the highway, which is noisy, i hope aroyyyyy didnt buy them..

Hi. Planning to buy a house in Ainsdale. Care to share the prospect at this place since nowadays so many changes happen (hsr, ecrl etc). Would appreciate some thoughts from you guys. Thanks!

At last, I m very concern about e Cemetery reserved land, if thy do not shift this away & bury "things" there, e whole area near Abadi, Santai & Redup all affected, Feng Shui not Ong........haha.......

Anyhow, I think I decided to buy this house.  thumbsup.gif

hi, did you finally buy any of the sime darby houses? need some view on the area as i am considering Santai or Tenang Ainsdale subsale..

its defintely not. Ainsdale is a great pick for renters and actual home owners. peaceful. and dont need to be in crowded s2 but just 5min to aeon s2 and upwtown.
