Hi, there is a new development - Frontier City beside the Ainsdale Tol..... brows.gif

Bad news is again shoplots, it's developed by Singapore Company, heard that is something like Seremban Gateway & Hotels.... confused.gif

Better make something innovative, if not....sure wil become Ghost-Town. rclxub.gif

Its been 2 months my house there are without tenant. Very hard to get tenant here nowadays

bought there because of the relatively cheap price back in 2012.

Suci, bought last time in 2013 around 220k.
My unit is around 997sqft, 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom. There are few version of suci, some even got studio unit here.

I honestly cannot comment on this. It honestly depends on Sime Darby's plan for the Ainsdale township. But for now, I would vote for Sendayan at the moment. I am honestly saying this with respect to some of the failed Sime Darby's township, and of course it will depend on the population density in Ainsdale . Like Bukit Jelutong and Putra Heights. Plans were there, but they have very poor execution. Not to forget, they are currently having lots of expectation, not only in Ainsdale, but also Serenia as well as Elmina (which is a much larger development).

agreed with your point. they kinda lack fast development on most Sime Darby township, compare with other developer. i mean the Ainsdale is pretty much similar township as back in 2014 after getting the house key.

I compared with my other unit in Seri Alam Johor, under UM Land, there is some rapid development on the shop houses area, got International school in the town & with most of the shop are fully open with variety of shop. the seri alam town is kinda completed vs back then. UM Land really good in planning vs Sime Darby.
