better yet still satisfied with 6.1.3.. yesterday i forgot to bring my batt bank to sepang for the f1 qualifying so i change from 3g to edge during my batt percentage is 100%. went back at 6pm my batt percentage left 70%+ which i cant remember the specific digit. during edge mode i've been using whatsapp, fb and camera.

With 6.1.2 on Iphone 4, any1 facing issue where the phone line sometimes/ if not most of the times is "Out of coverage service area"?

Notice this happened very frequent after update to 6.1.2 from 5.1.1. currently try to troubleshoot whether its maxis sim card problem or ios problem. Aside from mine, another friend using same ios version with iphone 4s on Digi, also face d same problem.

Any comment/advice is appreciate. Quite frustrating to be honest.

why not upgrade to ios 6.1.3 and try again ?

phone with gf, only can update by this weekend. hence, need to troubleshoot from afar 1st

Try turn on your cellular data with the 3G off.

just tell your gf on wifi, go settings > general > software update.

after update to ios 6.1.3, may be can solve your problem ?

will tell her to do so later. n yes, indeed 6.1.2 gave such problem, sim is fine after swap to other phone for 2 days. update again later when she update her phone.

if the phone is jailbreak cant update through wifi ...

its non-jb since user is juz a normal user.

3g sure cannot.. oni wifi .. clean update using itune should be better...

problem very less serious now. not so frequent. 8/10 call is successful. (Edge mode)
n notice, when 3G is on, call can be made through 9/10
