I reset and restore to factory setting for iPhone 5 using itunes (989++ MB downloaded) ios 6.1.2.

On 3G all the time, auto brightness, no keyboard and lock sound, on push mail for icloud, yahoo, outlook, and fetch hourly gmail. notification on and push for facebook, whatsapp, line, wechat, appoday and groupon. autolock 1 minute. off wifi, bluetooth.

usage 6 hours 41 minutes
standby 23 hours 4 minutes
16% battery

somewhat satisfied with the battery. but still spare 4400mAh yoobao power bank which can re-charge for about 2.4 times.

don't know the upcoming ios 6.1.3 will further improve the battery usage or not.

Guys to do full charge, should I drain the battery to 0 first?

Yes, you should drain the battery until iPhone shut down itself, then charged until 100% ( no need switch on, it will auto on once charged)

I know there are a lots of methods can downgrade ios.

Why I'm replying cannot downgraded is official answer from Apple, and because in reality there is no Apple approved way of reverting to an earlier iOS.

If you don't believe, you can check out the official https://discussions.apple.com/ apple community forum or dial to Apple Hotline 1800-80-6419 to get official answer.

I don't want to be entangled with you here, but please respect people by having a polite comment.

Thank you. smile.gif

Yea bro i know that, but the fact is i feel like connecting to 3G is vital as i wont go to places where wifi are abundance as well as i dont like to share wifi with others doh.gif

Well let's see what 6.1.3 will do on the 3G issues as well as battery @.@

BTW, did any1 of you experience 3G lost during a phone call ? or Edge lost during a phone call? I mean when you call anyone, if you notice, you will see there is no any 3G, GPRS or Edge beside your carrier.

according to macrumors, the 6.1.3 beta2 did not fix the 3g signal strength.

With 6.1.2 on Iphone 4, any1 facing issue where the phone line sometimes/ if not most of the times is "Out of coverage service area"?

Notice this happened very frequent after update to 6.1.2 from 5.1.1. currently try to troubleshoot whether its maxis sim card problem or ios problem. Aside from mine, another friend using same ios version with iphone 4s on Digi, also face d same problem.

Any comment/advice is appreciate. Quite frustrating to be honest.
