I have some pictures kept in my phone where I captured one piling machine at the site. The pictures were taken 2nd August. Maybe someone want to help if there is any inconsistencies.

The picture I tooked earlier, dated 2nd August. You can see the piling machine and the cylindrical things on the ground, which presumably are the piles.

I am replying to my own posts.

It seems they have only billed the tower B buyers. They are yet to bill the tower A buyers. So the piling machine and the cylindrical piles in the picture, are meant for tower A, ie tower A is yet to complete all the stage 2 (a) work.

Any block A buyers here ? Just want to know the SPA date.

Looks like the lowyat forumers are less interested in this project.

Do you stay around the area ? Are you able to get there on regular basis without too much effort ?

I am only interested to monitor if they continue to have workers there.

The way I understand it is this. The agreement was made between the developer and the buyers. DBKL's role is just land owner and so has no legal binding with the buyers. DBKL was not the developer or the joint developer.

If this is correct, the old agreement with the previous buyers is not any different from the new agreement with the current buyers.

The S&P agreement is always made in such a way that DBKL is not responsible for anything.

Maybe people who have previously purchased the property can tell us if this is true.

Are there any workers at the site ?

So the machineries are in action and workers are there ?

According to the kpkt report, they only completed about 10-15 % of the whole project and they have the 15 August 2015 dateline, which is slightly more than 1 year. So if you ask me, no mattter how, they will not be able to meet that dateline.

I only want to make sure they won't drop the project and "projek sakit" becomes "projek terbengkalai".

So checking that they are still working on it is more important than anything else !

Progress is still behind, but nevertheless as I mentioned, I only concern if it is still being worked on.

I am very glad to see workers still at the site as at 19/7/14.
