after update , my private loadout locked out , after dead , i cant choose loadout so basically cant play , or i missing something here ?

Open beta will be available from PSN Store. Just wait for date announcement.

Currently they are undergoing closed beta phased, people who missed out the registration a while back will have to wait for open beta at a later date, probably late August as some of the others have mention.

Beta 1.02 patch is now LIVE - 579MB.
