Hi bro ninja why ur party list always full. And when I see there is 7 player but still cannot connect? One time I can join in buy after that got kick out. Don't know why. But from my experience this two days after 10pm the connection is good and can connect easily. Maybe the server is busy during the 8pm time.

If you buy specific Vanguard, it will be part of your loadout from the start of the match. But you can't use it immediately. Got charging time, depends on your point accumulation. Once full, you can use it regardless whether you captured the Vanguard drop or not.
