as above,I been trained using the dumbbell for quite a time and I feel that not balance sad.gif May I know what cheapo dumbell that can I buy? sad.gif not intend to buy another kettler that cost me RM1xx sad.gif

Not understand... If u wan ur both left right to be balance, ur left just need to lift same workout same weight as right one.

If u wan find cheaper dumbbell, try find at carrefour or tesco. Or find second hand dumbbell at trade section

Sorry to make you blur. I prefer got two dumbbell so I can do it left right left right. But the case now is I only got one dumbbell and I'm very lazy to do another set for left hand only which will last for around 15 minutes. Hope this is clear enough .

How much does it cost? smile.gif Planning to get it this weekend. By the way,I'm from KK sabah so no tesco or carrfour here. only GIANT and SERVAY sad.gif

lol, assume it as your investment, RM1xx still ok la. use for long term. we here ppl go gym also need pay RM100-RM200 montly... as for buying 2nd hand i don think it worth too. imagine see courier to ur KK sabah with 10kg weight. surely expensive... unless u can find seller at Sabah.

cheapest dumbell in KK i found only in Signature,Giant and Servay.
