Not understand... If u wan ur both left right to be balance, ur left just need to lift same workout same weight as right one.
If u wan find cheaper dumbbell, try find at carrefour or tesco. Or find second hand dumbbell at trade section |

lol, assume it as your investment, RM1xx still ok la. use for long term. we here ppl go gym also need pay RM100-RM200 montly... as for buying 2nd hand i don think it worth too. imagine see courier to ur KK sabah with 10kg weight. surely expensive... unless u can find seller at Sabah.
