Hello,
I been keeping them like 9 month plus now.. i clean their filter 2 week once.. But i never see any red worm before. Before this i keep them in my hostel.. now when the semester holiday start.. i keep them outside of my house.. after that i began to notice this red worm.. The question is.. is it normal to find red worm inside their tank? Are they some kind of parasite? |

QUOTE(wKkaY @ Jan 7 2014, 06:17 PM) I think it's midge fly larvae. I dealt with it by aiming the filter outlet to splash in the water. Yup.. i did some googling after posting here.. they are blood worm.. larva of non biting midge.. they really look like a mosquito..https://www.google.com/search?q=midge+fly They are harmless right? Since ppl using them as feeder.. |
