Any expert mind enlightening me, is it possible to house a leopard and indian star together? I have done research but the opinions seemed mixed....would appreciate if anyone can help, thanks!

And also, what size should a tortoise be before I get them from a pet shop? (i.e. will too young hatchlings be too fragile to handle?)
