okay...most probably is your crown loach cause that.
such issue has been experienced by many people who keeping bottom feeder with pnt, which is not advisable .
You feeding with the turtle pellets beside tank inside the photo you upload only?

I don't think is good to feed with that pellets only,
If u feeding only pellets, might as well as get Hikari Algae Wafer which is good for pnt. Your diet might be causing that issue too..

If its healthy then should be ok..but i suggest u to get a auto feeder in the future.

He is correct, by the way..missing out uvb light??..actually the glass tank not that suitable for tortoise due to the ventilation issue.

Hii antz, if u don't mind to share the diet of ur pnt..I am currently feeding all my pnt with algae wafer and carnivore sinking wafer only..ur pnt looking good anyway..
