The 12V Batt connection? Just a wild guess.

Guys, sighh, my crz 2013 is having problems after problems..1st, the rattling sound from the back of the car. 2nd, "check emission" indicator came on and now this. Last night, driving the car to BM for dinner under heavily poured rain, after meals decided to head home but i couldn't unlock the car with the remote transmitter. I had to unlock the car manually. When i got into the car, inserted the key into the ignition and turn, the gauges light doesn't come on and car couldn't start. It was like the car was totally dead. Im 100% sure that i've switched off all lights before leaving the car for meals beforehand. Sat in the car for a minute with the key out of the ignition and suddenly the gauges blue light came on, then only i inserted the key in and the car managed to start. What could be the problem now?? Batt problem? or could it be the heavy poured rain water on the road thats causing something to the car? Any of you fellas had this problem? I really appreciate all helps given here. Thanks

U guys r lucky to have many dealers there so there's choice...here in the east there's basically only 1 dealer n sc therefore they can't give u huge rebates n stock have to order..I booked mine hopefully it's really 1 month waiting.

To all Honda CRZ lover, Good NEW for you!!!!!I just get the call from my MUGEN friend, he able to reserve the latest MUGEN CRZ for me! This car only limited produce 300 units and only sell at Japan market. But due to special relationship, my friend was able to reserve this car for me! only thing is I need to deal with car dealer to get the AP.

So, who was interesting can PM me for more detail. The car will lunch in November and the price still unknown yet. I guess will be almost 3x to 2.5x than the normal CRZ...... The price is crazy....... And the Engine was with supercharger.,,.

Checked out a CRZ earlier today. The only bad side about it is the space for back seat. Its pretty much useless for adults.
Really want this car but the back seat thing is bothering me -.-

ditch out the rear seats .. then u will have a 2 seats so called "sports car" and 90kgs lighter then stock CRZ.. VROOOM VROOM!!

Btw GA Bangi got 18k rebate? Do you have the contact number for the SC or showroom?

Called up GA Bangi showroom and they said no more stock for pre lift.
But got stock for 2013 manual red color and 9k rebate.

i got more than 7k rebate from my SA, probably all his commission after much haggling and Maybe cause of that after booking, he never calls me for updates i have to call him myself and when i message him regarding urgent plate number stuff he dosent reply at all. he just dosent give a s**t lousy!

I got 9k rebate without haggling. I think the real discount for crz 2013 is actually 10k, and it depends on the SC whether to give full discount or not. You can ask for the discount list to see the real total discount.

So you took the Red 6MT from GA Bangi?

Havent decided yet, a lot of cars in mind right now haha.

1- check emission : have u modded anything to your car? eg : exhaust system ? ECU? (Hondata / Unichip / Emanage)
if yes? this could be the Root cause of it..

2 - cant lock car : this could be a keyfob error go gila a bit.. if u lock using button and u unlock using car.. then cant start its due to the immobilizer.. (gud security heh?).. the method to resolve this is to lock your car and unlock.. open door.. and close door and relock.. (you need to be outside of the car) and repeat the steps 2-3 times..

this would not be the batt issue.. hardly..

btw this is my 2nd cent only.. if others can correct me on this..

1 - Emission : Nope, i didnt do any mod to the car. All stock. Honda has reset the ECU on the car, so far so good.

2 - can't unlock car, cant start and no lights : I've always lock and unlock using the transmitter buttons. I was forced to manually unlock the car with the key bcoz I couldnt unlock it with the transmitter button (car shows no response at all, no lights, no movements). Usually when the car door is open, the interior lights will come on, but total darkness. Even when key is put into the ignition, nothing comes on. After a minute or so with the key out from the ignition, the interior lights n gauges lights came back on. Even the radio player and clock time has been reset as well

Anyway, i thank you, ilyas_jamal, for taking the time to reply to my problems. Headache almost every month need to go back to the SC for some problems with the car..

Have u tried asking them reset the computer system, check the sensors and also hybrid batt prob?
Which SC u got ur car from, and servicing same place?

Yup, they hav reset the system. As for the batt, they have tighten the batt terminal. Another owner had the exact same problem as mine and the technician found out that the batt terminal was loose, which it's also the same as my car. Got my car from Vivahill Honda Penang, servicing same place. Hope that all the problems has been solved now

hola crz owners...how is this hybrid ride going on? does it really worth the ride? i have an eye on this model and hope any experience users can share their pros n cons of this car...since it is 2 seaters, the rear bucket seats are for childrens amd useless for adults!
