DT-D43 can do 250mhz@3-3-3-8@dual channel enable@PAT enable. Even with 4 stick (512mb x 4)

QUOTE(sniper69 @ Mar 30 2006, 06:45 PM) hy there, can my this KVR oc to?pretty confuse wor, bout the samsung, hynix, model n so on...just asking wor... the question is, how to read? i can only get 215MHz after primed 6hrs wif 3-3-3-5.can i get any higher?at this speed, i even increase the dram voltage to 2.7 n cpu voltage to 1.425.do i need to decrease the multiplier? AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice (S-939) 1.8GHz (Multiplier 9) can get higher? say 10 or 12 multiplier?

Athlon 64 3000+ has a multiplier of 9X and below, if you want procs with unlocked multipliers get the FX series

I think the ELPIDA hit the end of the road ade, bottlenecking your Micron. For Opteron and Athlon 64, they can't go higher than their default multiplier (Exp: Athlon 64 3000+ max is 9X, Opteron 144 max is 9X). As for the FX series, I think is 4X to 25X Not too sure because I don't own one. This post has been edited by Dreamworks: Apr 5 2006, 07:55 PM

Yes, it'll work but you don't want to do that. By removing the ELPIDA from your system, you don't just loose half the amount of memory you originally have, but also dual channel capability. Of which would lead to severe performance penalty that even your Micron @ DD500 could not make up

Wow..that chip...i used to have it. Running great at 11-3-3-3.0 1T. I love voltage..like Bh5..at 2,9v.max around 235mhz..but at 3.2v..it can do 270mhz. Not sure if 3.5v.
