Take a look at the right piece of the brake shoe, almost gone. The brake cylinder expanded but wouldn't retrieve. Rear left(passenger side) brake shoe like NEW because cylinder jammed and UNABLE to expand at all. Both side KO.

The amount of brakedust got trapped in the brake hub, when your brake cylinder expanded, where does the dust go? The answer is stuck in your brake cylinder

Dont understand, FLX+ has 2 airbags get 3 stars, FLX standard gets 1 star. So FLX exec gets what?

i think they tested standard flx and flx+ (can see from the rim)
exec model should be higher rating for each (flx and flx+) but cause they didn't crash it
i suppose it will use the rating for standard model cry.gif

Don't know. 1st time change only. And I'm using ShanDong stuff whistling.gif I'd say ayam satisfy with the cold ~ warm performance. Pedal is soft and easy to control brake force. Very suitable for city driving like me and waifu style rolleyes.gif But I guess this type of pads will have to take it easy when getting down from Genting unsure.gif On the way back from Jenjarom to Kesas, got chance to sprint up to 180kph, did several hard brakes. Braking distance acceptable, as good as compare to stock, may be even better cause pedal is still soft after several attempt. From stretch Bandar Botanic towards Kemuning sprint up to 190kph, this time brake slightly fade, need to step several time to achieve brake force. If not the brake shoe, should be the brake fluid giving up unsure.gif And btw, the brake shoe ayam using is more expansib than the 1 you link.

Brake pump, I've changed both BOSCH pumps on Shawie few months ago. So, they're supposed to work like STOCK, may be rosak in a year or 2. Now, my BLM changed to some other chapalang brand that cost almost 1/2 of BOSCH price, if this set last me more than 2 years I'm happy liao whistling.gif
