QUOTE
low fat doesnt make one looks younger, from far his skin is stretched due to muscle developed but on macro scale, i doubt low bf makes him maintain the 'softness' young skin looks
and it's edited pic LOL
imo, judging from his face, he is nowhere looks like early 20s, more like his username indicated, in his 30s
there is no point go beyond less than 10% bf either, unless u are in bodybuilding competition
less than 10% is unhealthy already
less than 10% is insufficient for normal body function properly
hence forget about building more muscle, it very unlikely it could
it doesnt look like less than 10% to me, compare to pictures of 10% other bodybuilders shown in bb.com
their veins is more visible when they reach 10% and less
and naturally I dont think it is achievable without drugs that short-cutting our body metabolism rate to burn off the fat
and anabolic steroid to boost the hormones hence the muscle build up or just only to maintain it
and pretty sure for females, only who consumes drugs can achieve this low in bb-ing
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 03:08 AM)
strength let u avoid injuries
BB is about getting big
u dont wan have big body and later on injure urself like small kids lol
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 02:33 PM)
ok, i rephrase properly
strength is about flexibility ( involve lifting skills)
bb is getting big with fixed forms of exercise ( just madly pumping muscle with machine assistant as much as possible )
u might be big, but then might also lacks of flexibility and skills to lift properly hence injure urself while lifting/pulling without machine
as if u are lowyat.net owner ?lol
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 03:41 PM)
do u know what u want to ask ?
what is this ? kopitiam ?lol
just to quote that u dont agree with me but without valid points ?
i can prove i am correct all day long
u can disagree with me but dont quote me for nothing if u cannot prove me wrong lol
since this is a post count section . another example of strength vs bb
bb is for apparent, but we dont know the true strength(performance), can be as good as it appears to be or less
strength, is the focus of getting the thing lifted/endurance/stamina etc ..depends on how they define it, body apparent is secondary.
100kg bb guy might max lift up 300kg max
but 70kg strength guy max lift up till 400kg max
which means strength is the performance but bb is all about apparent
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 03:55 PM)
u called that injuries ?lol
i didnt know slight muscle soreness in/after training is called injuries lol
injuries i meant is some significant damages to ur body, dislocated joint, serious back pain, etc
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 05:26 PM)
do injured gym trainees go to doctor and report themselves as bb or strength trainees ?
lol
so u can go and do a research and prove me wrong
okay
let me form an defined analogy.
lets say a 100kg boxer(strength) can deliver a punch so strong to ur face and crack ur skull, and nothing happen to his fist etc
because he knows how to punch nicely.
but a 120kg bb, with a an arm bigger than the boxer, he punches ur face, not only his deliver force is lesser that it wouldnt crack ur skull, but he broke his knuckle too.
because he knows only how to make his muscle bigger, not necessary stronger/skillful
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 06:02 PM)
lol. anytime la
drop from 2.5m height and hit the floor, nothing to me la
i free fell from 5 m before and hit the ground ..
as long as dont grab my head and smack on ground lol
i never hints that bbers are stupid if he lacks of power/force delivering skills
i just wanna prove that without proper strength training, it is more prone to injury and less performance
which u said i am wrong about that.
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 07:21 PM)
implying ur IQ can increase or decrease by reading my explanation and analogy LOL
as i said, u can agree or disagree of what I post but this is a post count section so dont quote me unless u can prove my points otherwise
please come up with sound logic next time if u shall
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 11:13 PM)
lol
this is not PM, it's public forum
as if i purposely reply to him only, lame guys do that think can get away the debate LOL
someone like u would quote it and he got to read it eventually
so who is being outsmarted here lol?
and DL pretends as if he didnt see my post based on the 'question mark'
come on, i usually dont like to ignite flame in healthy discussion ... but nvm .. LOL
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 11:52 PM)
oh hi, who are u again ? Judge Dredd lol?
this is not how a forum works.
someone stated that strength training is useless in bb, which I said it in fact helpful in avoiding injury
some guys dont agree and start name calling etc.
then I form an analogy to prove my point is correct
my point is correct hence u and everyone else need to prove my point is wrong if u disagree and quote me, or just skip it ....nothing happens ...discussion goes on
but once u quote my post and challenge my point, it's on debate
u can form ur own analogy that support ur point
dont stuffs ur words into my post, i had not stated BBer ONLY KNOW HOW TO PUMP MUSCLE lol
i said bber might appear to be big but NOT NECESSARY has the power delivering skills
i am not sure what u want to express about Mr. O ...he is smart ? or what ? idk ...dont understand
now, tell me any fact/ analogy that bbers out performance strength trainees ?
i can give a real life example of strength trainee cracking concrete(minimal scratch on skin) but no bbers capable of doing that without serious injury,
I know it has butthurt effect because most of the people here are bbers
u can always request moderator to reset my post count and freeze it, i have no problem with that .LOL
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 26 2013, 11:59 PM)
baseless ?
obviously u are baseless on in strength training experts
have u ever seen strength trainee nailing nail into 3 inch wood without injury ? no ?
comparing human and human
how it becomes orange and apple ?
it's ur opinion that boxer hence become best athlete ..i didnt say that lol
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 27 2013, 12:13 AM)
so this is just an extreme comparison of comparing bb'ing and strength training
which proves my point that strength training helps in avoiding injury
wait ...later I find for u, LOL
u really never watch ?
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 27 2013, 12:32 AM)
1yes i lift heavy items all the time.
not just plate and dumbells ...
power is the energy contained in muscle, strength is the efficient of power delivering to task/ work done
to deliver power efficiently, u may to have flexibility
2any resistance training that is repeating in fixed simple movement
refer to my 1st answer lol.
when i free ok, i google for u .. but i post this 1st ...later will edit when i found and see text i can quote . sorry
QUOTE(GodTier @ Jan 27 2013, 01:00 AM)
LOL
i come back to u later, because ur avatar doesnt seem to be a shredded guy LOL
no, my shirt just few grams
who are u again ? another Judge lol
u must be a judge, otherwise u need to post correct point to show my point is wrong
complex in term of the objects isnt human anatomically friendly
extreme example
u may able to lift 300kg barbell (simple) , but can hardly fully lifting 200kg steel ball without external tool (complex as it involves more body parts and efforts)
lol please see what he has said on incur such a reply. and he seriously think hes making a point. such nonsense arent usually tolerated
