How do I terminate Maxis broadband line yeah? Is it possible to do it online? It's ridiculous that I've been getting 0.05mb download speed...

This afternoon I met with Maxis representatives to discuss the Biz 68 plan and I am happy to update that I had a fruitful and productive discussion with them. During the discussion, I highlighted your concerns and Maxis presented me with some compelling solutions to address those concerns. Following my feedback, it was identified that the best way forward will require some time to iron out some technical matters, therefore will take a futher week.

I am glad to inform you that Maxis has invited me for a follow-up discussion in Ipoh on 3 March 2014 to mutually conclude on and thereafter finalise the implementation of a positive and long lasting solution for those under contract. Please be informed that Maxis will do their utmost within the contractual framework available to ensure longlasting relationships are maintained with their subscribers. They assure me that they will take utmost considerations into your concerns to ensure that you enjoy the best data experience from them.

In view of this, we will call off the tomorrow’s session at the Maxis centre in Ipoh.

I signed for biz68 . apa lanjiao come out bes4GB.. Ffuuuu sad.gif

Just used for 4months and this shit happen.. Wasted rm300+ jst for activation alone. Haih

for those on supposed to be BES68, is 30GB quota restored once cycle is reached or reduced to 4GB quota ?

What's the outcome of the supposed meeting ?

Those without contract how ah? I am using 2 without contract. 1 of it just rebilled on 24th and wait till end of march if nothing happend and it will nothing going to happen and i will be going to terminate it. one more will source for other then MAXIS !! Guys out there, if there is better please share. thanks inadvance.

BTW, both line has been used around 1 year. I am happy with TS service anyway. Guess Maxis made him in this situation where he does not wants to be.

YB, all this are just gimmick. Wont be much hope thou.

Clement Tham no offence, i will not get involved with what a company chooses to offer and not offer. I will only stand up for broken promises and un met contracts. If there is not a contract means there is no promise broken. If they dont value your custom and take care of you, and ur ubsatidlsfied witg what they offer ( that they HAVE NOT PROMISED) u have every right, and i would advise that you leave Maxis and find a better operator. I think it unfair that u suggest my party and i are not standing up for fairness. Its neither fair or unfair that they choose not to offer you somethinh.....neither is not fair or unfair that you choose to leave them and go to someone else.
