I cant able to contact this seller through his mobile phone,
after I subscribed the broadband service at JAN 2014 with him, I only able to use able one weeks time! Because that time during CNY the internet connection is very slow, ok I understand that situation, but after that Maxis has limited the speed! I paid for two month but only use for ONE WEEK! Now I ask for refund but the seller keep pushing me, asking me wait for next week and next week. Hello, if I paid and able to use then ok, fine I have nothing to say, but now is I just able to USE for ONE WEEK!!!! I try to call him to discuss with him, but too bad the number cannot call in now. I really hope that this seller can give me a responsible answer. THIS IS TOTALLY NOT FAIR FOR ME! You does not keep you promise! recently my maxis number also having problem on receiving call. i will have to restart the phone to solve this. but only last for about 30 minutes then problem again.

TS no point we wait and wait. After this week, if maxis not going to return the speed how?
Then u will tell us, "OK, u all able to refund now." Whoever over 2 months after waiting for so long mean they not able to refund back? I even just used for 2 months and 3rd month this issue came out. Now I having slow internet connection and quota is finished.
