Not sure but I faced the same issue on 4.2 (stock) on stock kernel and 4.2.1 (CM10.1) on Franco kernel.

So it should be a Google's issue.

No I mean both stock rom, stock kernel and CM10.1, franco kernel are facing the same issue.

if rearth offer worldwide shipping then will be great ! but from shipping policy they have international shipping . either First class mail which dont have any tracking or Ups express 3-5days with tracking provided.

For how long now have you been using the phone? I've used mine for 2+ weeks now and I notice the battery life has increased and getting better. Maybe you should just wait and see first if it's going to improve.

i have problem on my trinity too . should be the router problem. have you tried change the channel into channel 11?
