Guys I want to ask. I got my N4 through Digi 0 contract. What is the best time to terminate the plan?

Let's say I sign up on 1.1.2013. If I want to terminate after 1 month usage, is it better for me to terminate before 1.2.2013?

i plan to use it for like 20 days, see how its goes.

Yeah I was planning to use for 3 months before terminate to save the RM100 penalty. However, i'm not sure when I need to terminate the plan to avoid Digi charging me the fee for the 4th month. Any idea?

if you use it say for 3 months 1 day, the might charge you for 4 months.

look at digi website. if take 2 years contract got advance payment rm68, but if 0 contract, no advance payment...

dang, just now went to digi center at time square around 9.30pm.
Then the staff told me that they already closed sales at 8.30pm.

First month bill is already paid via advance payment for Digi Smart Plan. If you cancel anytime before the first billing cycle, it won't be pro-rated. However, according to Digi Centre staff, if you cancel the Digi Smart Plan at any point after the first billing cycle they will pro-rate the charges of the specific month and not charge you the full month's bill. You should know that Digi will charge you a RM100 administrative fee if you terminate their Smart Plan within 3 months of subscription. I have inquired further but have not been given any satisfactory answer as to why termination after 3 months would not incur an administration fee of RM100.

There is still an advance payment of the first month's bill of RM68 even if you subscribe to their Zero Contract. If Zero Contract, one should not be forced or required to sign up with Digi.
