If you cancel anytime before the first billing cycle, it won't be pro-rated. However, according to Digi Centre staff, if you cancel the Digi Smart Plan at any point after the first billing cycle they will pro-rate the charges of the specific month and not charge you the full month's bill. You should know that Digi will charge you a RM100 administrative fee if you terminate their Smart Plan within 3 months of subscription. I have inquired further but have not been given any satisfactory answer as to why termination after 3 months would not incur an administration fee of RM100.
